Inbound Lead Generation Specialist 

As an Inbound Lead Generation Specialist you will play a key role in shaping the Invisalign experience for interested consumers.  You will speak to very “warm” leads and focus on connecting consumers interested in Invisalign treatment with a trained doctor in their area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email.
    Work with both inbound and outbound
    consumer calls in a fun and team-oriented environment.
  • Provide a positive and supportive experience for every person you speak with; from answering questions about their treatment to getting them scheduled with the appropriate doctor in their area.
  • Work with the sales team to manage and close leads into treatment
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.

  • College graduate (BA/BS) preferred·1-2 years customer service experience required
  • Background in hospitality, sales, or technology
  • Proven ability to learn technical product knowledge in a highly complex industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
