Al Jazeera Media Network's Marketing Department is seeking a commercially driven Senior Executive – Commercial Growth Marketing to support revenue growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives.
Working closely with the Commercial Sales team, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, create impactful sales materials, and help position Al Jazeera's advertising, sponsorship, and partnership offerings in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation and commercial marketing campaigns.
- Support business development through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Create presentations, proposals, case studies, and other sales collateral.
- Coordinate campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and client engagement channels.
- Track campaign performance, KPIs, and lead conversion metrics.
- Conduct market research and identify commercial opportunities.
- Support CRM, client engagement, sponsorship, and industry event activities.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in Commercial Marketing, B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, or Sales Enablement.
- Experience within media, advertising, broadcasting, telecom, digital, or agency environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and campaign management.
- Experience developing client-facing presentations and sales materials.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
