Position at Al Jazeera Media Network

Summary:

You will support the analysis pertaining to qualitative and quantitative studies as well as audience measurement for Al Jazeera Research & Insights team.

We are seeking to hire an Arabic and English-speaking candidate. 

Contract Type: Freelance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and reviewing all research instruments presented from the research house, including quantitative and qualitative research instruments (e.g. written or telephone survey instruments, questionnaires, focus groups, and interview scripts for 1-1 interviews).
  • Maintain the Al Jazeera’s research portal and place filters on all files.
  • Work on transforming data into infographics for the team
  • Coordinate internal logistics as required.
  • Profiling of Network channels and their programs
  • Create an audience profiles across our covered markets and suggested profiles to target.
  • Creation of a database system which will store, filter and provide analysis for all gathered data to be used in strategic decision

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the qualitative and quantitative Research field.
  • Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English, other Languages will be a benefit
  • Computer and Various Research Software
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work in a dynamic, international and fast-changing environment.
