Job Summary:

Warehouse Coordinator required to facilitate the incoming and outgoing product deliveries and day to day tool/equipment requirements and inventory.    

 Responsibilities:

  • Receive product deliveries, loading and moving product.  Delivering product to site personnel if necessary.
  • Store products and tools in designated areas; adjusting storage areas according to product and shipping requirements; updating inventory database.
  • Prepares product for shipment by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; resolving problems.
  • Monitors company parts and tool inventory by completing counts as required.
  • Complete participation in Safety Program, including site inspections.
  • Oversee garbage, recycling and disposal program. 
  • Perform tool/equipment inspections.  Coordinate third party inspections and service when required.
  • Receive, store, sign out tools to employees and maintain records.   
  • Tool repair and maintenance. 
  • Back shop organization and cleanliness.  
  • Other responsibilities as they are assigned.  

 Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, data entry skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.  Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, independently and part of a team. Time Management, organization and documentation skills will be required.  Must be extremely safety conscious.
