We are searching for a motivated Account Executive to join our Federal Sales Team in the Washington, DC Metro area. AINS is a successful software product firm for more than 30 years and experiencing continued growth.  We are looking for forward thinkers and critical players who are excited to make an impact.

 

Technical skills:

Knowledge and understanding in the following areas is very helpful: Web Application and SaaS (Software as a Service).

Qualifications:

  • Successful, quota driven sales
  • Experience managing a complex sales cycle from opportunity to closure
  • Skilled at managing monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce.com
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with leadership on a strategic account plan for the territory
  • Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately and timely
  • Exposure with Sales Methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)
  • Passionate about Improving Government’s Impact on Citizens/Employees 

Required license or certification:

  • BS Business, Communications or technical field of study
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance (US Citizen)
