Your role

We seek a Brand Manager Trainee to join the Marketing Natural Specialty team and help us develop projects such as innovation & relaunch development or communication management collaborating with the trade marketing, NPD, and R&D team..

What you will do

Reporting to the Brand Manager Advance Diets, you will support the team working on projects such as support on Innovation projects & competitors/market analysis. The position involves the following tasks:

• Packaging & Innovation: Co-lead the implementation of Product & Packaging changes working with design agencies and the packaging team.
• Material generation: Generate new marketing materials & brand assets.
• Content creation: Participate in briefing and approving marketing content such as social media updates, newsletter campaigns or blog article checks.
• Market Research: conduct research to generate competitor benchmarks & Brand performance & competitor tracking. This will include analyzing data and presenting your findings to the team.
• Presentation support: Actively participate in the preparation of internal meetings.
• Administrative tasks: Assist in the execution of the marketing plans and other duties and task related to a marketing department.

What are we looking for?

• You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, strong ownership and autonomy, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting follow-up.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Prior internship or work experience in FMCG is a plus.
• An excellent level of English and Spanish is a must, French or Italian would be a plus.
• You can sign an internship agreement with your school.
