About The Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager based in our Paris Office at Issy-les-Moulineaux. Reporting to a Senior Brand Manager you will join a multicultural team to work in order to make our brand Ultima famous and referent in pet parenting. 
We're seeking a dynamic marketer to collaborate on exciting brand journeys, turn insights into action, and play a key role in developing and implementing the consumer marketing strategy for our brands. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic marketing team, you will be given extensive and diverse responsibilities across the full marketing mix and will play a key role in supporting the development of the overall category strategy.

Your Responsibilities
Brand Management
  • Monitoring of category performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, consumer data) to extract valuable market insights and unlock potential business opportunities.
  • Assessment of product range and key consumer indicators (penetration, weight of purchase, loyalty, etc.) to identify gaps and opportunities for strategic advancement.
Local Brand activation
  • Development of product and portfolio strategies for the short and medium term.
  • Recommendation of marketing activities to meet current brand's mission, market and competitive opportunities.
  • Execution of the key initiatives driving the brand growth and lead the development of marketing materials for both above-the-line and below-the-line brand activations. 
  • Collaboration with International teams on brand launches and relaunches to better answer the local needs.
Media
  • Collaboration with Media Manager and Media agency to ensure the implementation of media strategy, in line with Brand Communication objectives
  • Initiate with the agency the best digital activations to ensure the best performance (social networks like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok…) and foster best practice in Digital to make our performances broadly within the group and outside the company (contest, dayketing,…).
  • Support on content strategy deployment in the country especially with the partnership of La SPA
  • Drive local ad hoc Public Relations (PR) and BTL activations to support the brand equity and work on Influence strategy and campaigns
 
What we are looking for
  • Business School BAC+5 or equivalent, specialization marketing or sales.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand and product management in a multi-national company. Strong FMCG background is a must.
  • Strategic thinking - creative, autonomous, results-oriented, with high-capacity leadership to influence others.  
  • Business oriented (ability to analyze and interpret performance management data and make recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the marketing activities, orientation ROIs & KPIs)
  • Good organizational skills. Experience of working and delivering multiple projects, ensure teamwork and build strong relationships.
  • French native & English fluent. Other languages such as Spanish or Italian can be a plus
