The Role      
      
We're seeking a passionate Global Senior Brand Manager to join a new team within our organisation that will be in charge of spinning off the WET segment in our portfolio.    
Based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, you will be copiloting the future of our Wet category. This involves expanding our portfolio, creating best-in-class products and formulas, ensuring impeccable execution both in physical stores and online platforms, and collaborating closely with business units to seamlessly implement annual operating plans.       
   
Being part of a multifunctional team , you will embark on a project-based model, a blank canvas where you'll build the foundation for a high-performing category.

What You'll Do   
   
  • Keep abreast of category trends and global competition, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop expertise in your category and consumer base, leading consumer research initiatives.
  • Craft and execute the innovation strategy for your product category, collaborating closely with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams.
  • Partner with key markets (Spain, France, UK, Italy) to support the development and execution of annual plans.
  • Monitor category performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, consumer data) to uncover potential business opportunities.
   
What We're Looking For   
   
  • 5+ years of Marketing Department experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in the petfood industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in all aspects of marketing, including product development, media activation plans, pricing, and point of sale activities.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects.
  • Leadership skills and energy to drive new initiatives forward.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; proficiency in other languages such as French or Italian is a plus.
