Product Content & Navigation - Maternity Leave

Your Role
As the interim Product Content & Navigation, you will focus on maintaining and advancing key areas of product data management, digital merchandising, stakeholder coordination, and user conversion optimization during the maternity leave period. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless continuity in how product information and assets are managed and merchandised across B2C and B2B digital platforms, while supporting cross-team collaboration and ongoing optimization efforts.
What you will do
- Support the management, optimization, development, and integration of Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring that product data and digital assets are consistent, accurate, accessible, and fully integrated across all relevant digital platforms and workflows.
- Assist in change management initiatives to promote smooth adoption and optimal utilization of PIM and DAM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency related to product content.
- Provide functional oversight to external e-merchandisers, ensuring merchandising aligns with strategic guidelines and business goals.
- Monitor merchandising activities to maintain content quality, and SEO alignment, using data insights to adjust and optimize product discoverability and engagement.
- Act as liaison between global headquarters, local market teams, product squads, IT business partners, and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration and information sharing to ensure strategic continuity during the interim period.
- Assist in monitoring performance of navigation, product structure, and merchandising for user engagement and conversion optimization.
- Provide data-driven insights together with the Product Analyst to support continuous improvements led by product and content teams.
- Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to uphold best practices for product visibility and conversion.
What we are looking for
- Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in digital roles, preferably related to operations, content, or eCommerce.
- Experience managing, optimizing, implementing, and integrating Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems within digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising principles and the ability to oversee merchandising initiatives in collaboration with external partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between global and local teams, product squads, IT partners, and external vendors.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working with multifunctional teams.
- Ability to maintain focus and ensure continuity in digital content and navigation during an interim period.
