Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Demand & Logistic Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. In this role, you will take ownership of the demand planning process, managing logistics costs for our e-commerce channel and to lead/collaborate in the main logistics ecommerce projects. It is pivotal in ensuring accurate demand forecasts, optimized logistics operations, and seamless collaboration across functions to achieve business goals.
The Demand & Logistic Planner will be responsible for reviewing and validating forecast mix and volume, providing insights that enable markets to reach their commercial objectives while ensuring efficiency and cost competitiveness in the supply chain. Success in this role relies on building strong, collaborative partnerships with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and external stakeholders, driving alignment and delivering value across the organization.
What you will do
  • Lead the demand planning process for the e-commerce channel, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and alignment with business targets.
  • Manage and shape demand for all the SKU using SAP IBP for demand.
  • Lead the Consensus Meeting to validate future demand together with Sales, marketing and Finance teams.
  • Analyze sales trends, market inputs, and promotional activities to build reliable forecasts that support operational and financial planning.
  • Work on minimizing freshness risks
  • Give visibility to sales teams in case of operations disruptions or shortages.
  • Manage and optimize logistics flows, from production sites to distribution centers and final customers, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and control logistics costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing initiatives to improve overall profitability.
  • Coordinate closely with supply chain teams to balance demand and supply, mitigating risks of stock-outs or excess inventory.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on demand accuracy, service levels, logistics performance, and cost-to-serve.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to align priorities and support decision-making at both local and regional levels.
  • Ad-hoc projects regarding sustainability , optimization and freight routes efficiency in the ecommerce channel.
What we are looking for
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Demand Planner
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Analytical capacity, results orientation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of planning software such as APO, IBP will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of R, Python, or data analytics would be an asset.
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work difficult tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to reach a common goal.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles.
  • Desire to learn and grow in the position and company.
  • Ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in tight deadlines.
