Your Role
You are the "Field General" for all media activities in the Spanish market. Your mission is to take the media frameworks & plans provided by the Global Leads and translate them into an airtight local execution plan. You ensure that our global media muscle is applied to local commercial opportunities, acting as the primary point of contact between the Global "Hub" and your local Marketing and Sales teams.
What you will do
  • Drive media for Growth: You don't just execute reach; you drive conversion and market share. Your focus is on incremental growth—identifying untapped audience segments and reviewing media plans with the global team to impact top-line revenue. You bridge the gap between "brand awareness" and "sales performance" by ensuring every dollar spent is working toward a commercial outcome while aligned with marketing priorities.
  • Local Plan Orchestration: Coordinate and deliver the annual and quarterly local media plans. You take the Global Social, Programmatic, Full funnel and Retail strategies and work with the global team to fit local media consumption habits and retailer dominance.
  • Digital brand presence: Ensure content & digital activities are fueled by local insights as of media placements recos. Work closely with Marketing teams to create best in class digital assets that resonate with local consumers.
  • Commercial & Sales Integration: You are the media voice in the local "Commercial Room." You coordinate with Local Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure media spend is synced with physical store promotions, local "Trade Days," and seasonal stock levels.
  • The Global-Local Feedback Loop: You don't just "receive" strategy; you influence it. You feed local market insights back to Global
  • Validation & Compliance: You validate that local creative asset (adapted from Global) are culturally relevant and legally compliant with local advertising standards in coop with Marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Interaction
  • With Global Leads: You collaborate weekly to share performance data & activate plans. 
  • With Local Marketing: You ensure the media plan supports local product launches and brand-building initiatives.
  • With Local Commercial/Sales: You ensure that if a retailer has a "Buy One Get One Free" promo, your local media is supporting that specific retailer's traffic.
 
What we are looking for
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 5/6 years in Media Management. Ideally (but not exclusive) hybrid background agency and client side.
Deep hands-on experience in Digital Media (Social, Programmatic, and ideally Retail Media/e-commerce).
Market Knowledge: Proven experience managing media in Spain, multi-market experience is a major plus.
The "Test & Learn" Spirit: A demonstrated track record of running A/B tests, piloting new  platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Retail Media networks).
Soft Skills
Ability to navigate a complex matrix organization.
Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment. You view the Marketing and Sales teams as your primary partners, not just "internal clients."
Spanish & Fluency in English is required.
