Your role

 

Based in our Headquarters in Barcelona and reporting directly to our FP&A Operations Manager we are looking for a new position as Industrial FP&A to continue developing the function of FP&A in the industrial field. We offer a financial position embedded in the operations department that will allow the candidate to combine these two worlds: on one hand business partner role with full access to our plants and operations teams and, in the other, financial support role ensuring that figures are solid and trustable.

The teams, both in FP&A and Operations, are flexible, highly skilled and results oriented. If you want to acquire a deep understanding of our operational model and participate in the definition of the new FP&A, this is your position!

 

 

 

 

What you will do

 

  • With a close collaboration with the Industrial Director and the Plant Manager of each of our Manufacturing Plants, you will be the business partner of our3 Manufacturing sites
  • Continue developing the FP&A function in the area: defining new processes, applying benchmarks across all the Plants, contributing with a transversal vision and always oriented to real action and improvement
  • Lead the monthly closing of the Plants
  • Lead the data requirements and financial reporting requirements related to the manufacturing facility, providing relevant analytics
  • Participate in the Product Costing ensuring that financial KPIs show the real performance of the plants
  • Alignment, reporting, thinking and follow up of the industrial efficiencies
  • Follow up of CAPEX investment projects and collaborate in the definition of the different business cases
  • Responsible for the forecast processes for the sites during the year
  • Coordinate with both Operations and Finance leaders to ensure alignment and key messages (Controllership, Financial FP&A reporting)
  • Support the team in driving the finance controllership culture in the site

 

What we are looking for

 

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing complexity business with a high volume of products
  • Experience in SAP product costing is a must, Hyperion and SAC
  • Analytical skills
  • Leadership & influencing skills
  • Make things happen and Hands on
  • Team spirit
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Fluent English is a must. French and Italian are highly desirable
  • International experience and/or International mindset will be high valuated
  • Experience in Product Supply is also welcome
  • Availability to travel across our different locations
