Your Role

We are looking for a UK Supply Chain Process Manager for the Supply Chain team, who will report to the Head of Supply Chain UK. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our UK Logistics & Warehouse management operations; Order to Delivery, Transport Planning, Supplier Spend, Service & Cost Tracking, overall supply chain KPIs and Stock Accuracy.

 

What you will do

 Process Optimisation: Analyse current supply chain processes (e.g., Order to Delivery, Transport Planning, Supplier Payment, Service & Cost Tracking, overall supply chain KPIs, Inventory Control) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

 Solution Implementation: Design, develop, document and implement new or improved supply chain processes, systems, and tools.

  Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor supply chain performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Execution of daily control processes.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, finance, IT) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, logistics providers) to ensure seamless process integration and alignment.

   Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

   Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.

 Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for supply chain processes and ensure proper documentation of all processes and procedures.

 

What we are looking for

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

    Five years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or a related role.

    Proven track record of successfully optimising supply chain processes and delivering measurable results.

   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

    Competent & highly proficient Excel user, able to manipulate data, build reports, and analyze complex datasets with ease.

   Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, ideally SAP, Transport planning software).

        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

        Proactive, with a high level of accountability.

        Ability to manage and resolve complex issues independently.

      Strong leadership potential, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

        Demonstrates a keen understanding of business drivers and financial impact.
