Your Role
 
We are seeking a proactive S&OP Production Planner for our plant in La Chapelle-Vendemoise, who will lead the planning process to provide high service levels to our customers and the achievement of the company's target stocks. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and making the production planning and being in contact with production, schedulers, and material planners.
 
 
What you will do
  • Perform capacity planning analysis by product segment considering target stock levels, making stock projections and possible impacts on service levels
  • Coordinate internal operations response and communication to the BUs estimating the monthly production together with manufacturing according to the agreed shifts.
  • Weekly production planning is done together with the Production Scheduler.
  • Coordinate transitions between Sales & Operations, managing a drive to follow-up coverage, write-off, and OOS risks, coordinating new launches and delisting with Production, Purchasing, and the markets with logistics and sales, to anticipate potential out-of-freshness risks.
  • Coordinate with DRP planners and validate any change on promotions or needs of products to other markets.
  • Assure the correct result of the MRP for Pack and Ingredients, maintaining correctly the status for IBP planning.
 
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar supply chain management role or with a solid Planning background, desirable in the FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent communication, strong analytical capability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
