Your role

We are seeking a Market Research Analyst that will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success through insightful analysis of market trends, consumer behavior and competition.      

What you will do

• Lead and oversee in conducting ad hoc research: Define and implement the research needed and develop the studies from beginning to end always being in contact with Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager.
• Work closely with the Consumer Insights Manager and Marketing team.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research according to the Marketing plans. Convey findings, through both written reports and presentations, in concise and compelling ways.
• Develop customized reporting and dashboards to provide regular updates to senior management and different stakeholders
• Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with team members, internal colleagues and stakeholders, and current research suppliers.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Analytics, or related fields
• 3-4 years of market research experience, in agency or client-side
• Knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, etc)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with analytical software (experience in Retail & Consumer Panel analysis is a plus)
• A strong desire to work in an international environment
