Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Perfect Store Manager - trade marketeer to lead our sell out sales force reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing. This is a unique hybrid role that combines direct management of the sell out sales force with the strategic management of 2 new channels for Affinity: drugstore and discounts. You will be a key leader in our business, responsible for maximizing sales, enhancing shopper experience, and ensuring excellence in store.
What you will do
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Directly manage and mentor the current sell out sales force, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets and develop their careers.
- Finalise and improve the migration to Salesforce sell out tool, identify new opportunities in order to maximise the potential.
- Drive Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to boost sales in Hyper + Super channel through sell out team.
- Act as the trade marketing lead for the drugstore and discount channels, developing and executing promotional plans, product launches, and in-store activations that increase brand visibility and drive sell-out.
- Ensure in store Visibility Excellence to provide a high-quality customer experience and find ideas that are new and out of the box in order to overcome competition.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of plans.
What we are looking for
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, with at least 1 year of experience managing direct reports.
- Min 1 year of sell out experience is mandatory.
- Proven Leadership: ability to drive the sell out team towards perfect stores levers, increasing SoS, mass displays and use the right levers to increment shelf visibility.
- Strategic Mindset: Experience in a trade marketing role. The knowledge of the drugstore and discount channels in the Italian market is a plus.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility: This is a hybrid position that requires a willingness to travel throughout Italy at least 50% of the time.
