  SUMMARY:           

The primary objective of the Table Games Dealer is to provide outstanding service to our players and ensure that policies and procedures are followed and that the integrity of the game is not compromised.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Safeguards assets of the company
2. Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures
3. Exchange currency for gaming chips
4. Collect bets and pay winning wagers.
5. Ensure compliance with Federal and State currency reporting requirements
6. Maintain proper department uniform and appearance standards
7. Keep your work area clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
8. Perform any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisors or Manager
9. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test and display adequate gaming skills.
2. Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.
3. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
4. Must present a well-groomed appearance

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1. High School Diploma or GED

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
