SUMMARY:           

Responsible for daily food and beverage department operations.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Weekly department staff scheduling
  1. Employment hiring process
  2. New hire training and orientation
  3. Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedures
  4. Administer and enforce inventory controls
  5. Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports
  6. Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine and beverage supplies
  7. Maintain proper sanitation and Health Department standards
  8. Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all food and beverage department equipment and supplies
  9. Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor and any Manager
  10. Ensure proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed and maintained
  11. Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
  12. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner
  13. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Alcohol Awareness Card.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.  Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.  Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
