SUMMARY
:           

Supervises, trains and coordinates the work of employees who fix slot machines. Ensures that machine function and output adherence to Company Internal Controls and Missouri Gaming Regulations. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Provide a variety of services to customers in order to ensure the overall effectiveness of all Slot Department operations

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Provide proactive and professional customer service to all Casino patrons.
  2. Supervise and direct slot machine maintenance personnel.
  3. Observe slot machine play.
  4. Service machines when malfunctions requiring repair occur.
  5. Perform routine maintenance, overhauls and modifications on slot machines.
  6. Utilize slot accounting system and maintain peripherals related to slot accounting system.
  7. Ensure compliance with Missouri Internal Controls and Gaming Regulations.
  8. Maintain uniform and follow department grooming and appearance standards.
  9. Must abide to any reasonable request of immediate Supervisor or Manager.
  10. Assist Slot Shift Supervisor with any designated duties.
  11. Assists Slot Technicians with any designated duties.
  12. Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies and order necessary items needed for the maintenance and repair of slot machines and equipment.
  13. Keep your work area clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
  14. Perform all of your job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
  15. Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  16. Safeguard company assets.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21years of age.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of basic electronics training and/or equivalent job experience. Excellent employee and customer service skills and basic mechanical aptitude are essential. 

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
