The primary objective of the Guest Service Center (GSC) Specialist is to provide outstanding service to our guests that includes promotional and financial transactions.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS INCLUDE, other duties may be assigned:
  • Responsible for communicating activities to supervisor.
  • Maintains accountability for GSC; including all necessary deposits, daily check deposits, currency levels and impress levels.
  • May be responsible for vault activities during assigned shift.
  • Receives and accounts for all funds transferred to and from vault.
  • Responsible for payout of slot jackpots, table game fills, and completing paperwork associated.
  • Responsible for increasing the database with new guest accounts by communicating casino promotions.
  • Check identification for guests. 
  • Promptly report any problems or irregularities to supervisors when on property.  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    Must be able to successfully complete math basic test.
  • Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.
  • Prior cash handling preferred.
  • Must be proficient with computers and 10-key.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain and Iowa Gaming License.
