Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing is responsible for direct mail, database management, special events, internet marketing and entertainment.   



In order to fulfill the requirements of the position, it will be necessary to have the following:

  1. Works closely with both property and corporate Marketing personnel to develop the Casino Events Calendar and A-Play promotions.
  2. Develops promotions to improve trip frequency and increase casino revenues.
  3. Develop the annual marketing budget and monitor and analyze department expenses monthly.
  4. Create mailing, emailing and telemarketing lists using customer database.
  5. Use in-house player tracking system to analyze data and formulate strategic plans based on this data.
  6. Leverage advertising dollar to maximize added value. Identify marketing opportunities and promotions that will support the property’s marketing plan.
  7. Establish contacts and relationships with both local and out of market media representatives.
  8. Identify internet advertising opportunities to maximize property exposure.
  9. Responsible for all music and entertainment on property.
  10. Maintains the company culture, values, vision and mission within the Marketing departments.
  11. Exceptional customer service skills.
  12. Ensures that the Casino Operations Team has the necessary training, tools and resources to accomplish their goals and fulfill their responsibilities.
  13. Ensures that the marketing departments maintain an atmosphere of professionalism while inducing fun and excitement that benefits both the team members and guests in accordance with our culture and value guidelines.
  14. Works with the finance departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data for the marketing departments and the development of budgets for the future.
  15. Ensure the overall satisfaction and comfort of the guests.
  16. Interact on a daily basis with all marketing staff and other operational departments to maintain open communication and collect feedback.
  17. Other related duties as assigned.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.



BA in Marketing or similar field required. Must have a minimum of 5 years in casino management positions and thorough working knowledge of casino promotions, public relations and advertising.



Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and Alcohol Awareness Card required.
