SUMMARY
: The Human Resources Coordinator provides HR Administrative support to property HR Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process new hire paperwork in Taleo Onboard
  • Responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Processes background checks and drug testing for new hires
  • Receive, review and respond to Unemployment notices, work verification requests and other documents received via mail/fax.
  • Processes new hires and terminations in the HRIS
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Support HR in areas including, but not limited to: training, leaves of absence, workplace investigations, employee phone calls, adherence to employee manual and state & federal laws.
  • Serve as a trusted, confidential resource for employees across the organization

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 year of experience in an administrative position
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands
  • Effectively operate and work with latest standard office technology
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work from the office and be at a desk for extended period of time

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to obtain NV Gaming Registration.
