The Casino Marketing Supervisor supports and supervises Casino Marketing coordinators. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Prepares and maintains all files necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
  • Organizes casino marketing materials in an efficient, cognizant manner paying particular attention to detail.
  • Performs all related duties as assigned by the casino marketing Managers.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.
  • Handle guest phone calls and questions. Guest problem resolution. Guest correspondence. Data Entry, spreadsheets, filing, etc.
  • Working at various casino marketing functions as scheduled by the department. 
  • Schedules Casino Marketing Coordinators. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED required. Two years casino marketing experience.
