Description
SUMMARY:
Maintain cleanliness of the facility. Specific duties include cleaning of all areas of the property, proper use of chemicals and equipment, and maintain a clean safe environment for guests and employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide proactive customer service to casino and office guests.
- Maintain the safety of customers and guests.
- Make sure all public areas are vacuumed, dusted, wiped clean, and mopped where needed.
- Pick up paper, trash, litter, debris, and clean ashtrays around all gaming areas arid machines.
- Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms.
- Clean windows, blinds, gaming machines, light fixtures, and pit areas.
- Clean and maintain employee break rooms.
- Report to supervisor all unsafe and hazardous conditions.
- Vacuum, dust, clean, and empty trash of all offices, break rooms, and training rooms.
- Clean all elevators, stairways, and foyers.
- Maintain proper department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
- Perform any reasonable request made by your immediate supervisor or any Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Missouri Gaming Commission License
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
