The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction of our restaurant and bar operations during their assigned shift.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS - Other duties may be assigned:

  • Supervise service staff including Cashier/Hosts, Bussers, Food Servers, Bartenders and Barbacks.
  • Under guidance of the Director of Hospitality facilitate employee coaching and discipline.
  • Manage food & beverage daily shift to include restaurant and beverage operations.
  • Supervise and assist as needed with banquet operations including set up/service/tear down as needed.
  • Communicate with the Director of Hospitality on purchasing requests.
  • Assists with or prepares weekly orders for operating product or supply.
  • Assists with and manages Food (Costs-of-Goods-Sold), Beverage (COGS), Labor (Payroll) and other Controllable Expenses/Costs.
  • Assists with, prepares weekly FOH staff work schedules.
  • Assists with all F&B Hourly Staff duties as needed.
  • Pitches in to ensure operational success when needed.
  • Practices responsible alcohol service to including properly ID’ing.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License.
