The Barback is responsible for cleaning our bar areas and equipment and replenishing bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, paper products, fruit, ice and glasses. 

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS INCLUDE, other duties may be assigned:

  • Stocks refrigerating units with wines and bottled beers. 
  • Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones. 
  • Slices and pits fruit used to garnish drinks. 
  • Washes glasses, bar and equipment, and polishes bar fixtures. 
  • Provides beverage service when needed. 
  • Requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned. 
  • Assists Bartenders when needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain and maintain and Iowa Gaming License.
