- Reports on individual progress and identifies additional training needs
- May assist in developing new training courses associated with the introduction of new products or services
- Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items
- Effective and efficient use of AFF’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and reporting tools
- Develop relationships with Sales Representatives to foster a positive in-person coaching environment
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to ensure that their direction is reinforced and provide communication surrounding areas of opportunity
- Maintain American First Finance standards and compliant communication
- Work as an extension of the Sales team by assisting with Merchant training and re-training, periodic check-ins, replacing dated POP marketing
- Attend quarterly Train-the-Trainer sessions to remain knowledgeable and compliant
- Attend all weekly regional team meetings
- Have regular one-on-ones with the Regional Sales Director
- And other responsibilities as required
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or 2 years relevant experience with bachelor's degree
- Experience in sales coaching, mentoring, or leadership
- Up to 50% travel depending on area of responsibility
- Successful track record in sales
- Office 365 applications (Office, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
- Financial services
