American First Finance (AFF) is seeking a professional, tenacious, driven Inside Sales Specialist to dominate B2B sales for a nationally recognized organization renowned for its consumer financing solutions. - Salary Base Pay starting at $45,000 + UNCAPPED Commission with OTE of SIX FIGURES

- Work / Life Balance = 40 Hour work week (Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm)
- Make between 75-95 outbound calls per day to develop, build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Effective and efficient use of AFF’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Use relationship selling to build a dependable referral program.
- Prospects, qualifies and generates sales from “leads” provided and self-generated.
- Heavy phone and follow-up work to speak with decision-makers at target businesses.
- Communicate with merchants through phone, email, text, and direct mail campaigns.
- Effectively presents and demonstrates AFF products to potential clients.
- Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable, maintain product knowledge
- Be accountable for meeting and exceeding established sales goals.

- High energy, excellent organization skills, and uncompromised Integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of direct work experience in an Inside Sales role.
- Experience in a commission-based sales environment with various lead types.
- Solid grasp of core Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage leads through the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing the sale; experience with a CRM software tool preferred.
- Strong track record of achieving sales quotas – “Closer Mentality.”
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume telephone work with or without automated dialer assistance.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills via phone, webinar, and in person.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
