Creative Director
Description
- Own and evolve the AFF brand vision, creative standards, and visual identity
- Lead creative development for campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives
- Translate business strategy, insights, and performance data into effective creative solutions
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all channels and deliverables
- Oversee web page development and video creation/editing
- Manage and mentor internal creative partners and external agencies
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, performance, and growth teams
- Present creative concepts and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
- 7–10+ years of creative experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and multi‑channel execution
- Expertise in visual design, storytelling, and brand governance
- Hands‑on experience building web pages and producing video content
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital‑first, performance‑driven, B2C/B2B, or agency environments
