Merchant Funding Specialist

- Provide prompt, high-quality service for all inbound merchant communications
- Conduct outbound calls to drive merchant performance and engagement
- Accurately document interactions in Sugar CRM
- Share merchant feedback with AFF management
- Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient merchant support
- Resolve merchant requests submitted via Sugar CRM
- Manage updated agreements based on new terms
- Maintain expert knowledge of product/program terms and merchant settings
- Update merchant profiles with changes to contact, banking, or risk data
- Coordinate merchant training when needed
- Support dealer receivable balance management
- Administer merchant incentive programs
- Facilitate funding support for existing merchants
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma (additional education is a plus)
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, financial services, or merchant services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Goal-oriented and persuasive
- Detail-oriented with strong process focus
- College degree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in tele-sales
- Background in consumer finance
- Experience in dealer retention and relationship management
