Training Specialist
Description
- Create compelling and interactive training content, including e-learning modules, workshop materials and presentations.
- Design innovative learning activities and exercises.
- Develop comprehensive training curricula.
- Write Clear, engaging training scripts and facilitator.
- Facilitate dynamic training sessions.
- Lead virtual and in-person workshops.
- Create an inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize storytelling and real-world examples.
- Conduct needs assessment.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.
- Manage multiple training projects.
- Partner with subject matter experts.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Communication, or related field.
- 2 plus years of experience in corporate training.
- Proven track record of creating engaging training materials
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Excellent writing and storyboarding skills.
- Creative problem-solving approach.
- Advanced facilitation techniques.
- Creative thinking adaptability.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond).
- Experience with virtual training platforms and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong instructional design capabilities
