We are seeking a dynamic Training Specialist who excels in facilitation and content creation to develop and deliver impactful learning experiences. This role focuses on designing innovative training materials and facilitating engaging sessions that drive employee development and performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Create compelling and interactive training content, including e-learning modules, workshop materials and presentations.
Design innovative learning activities and exercises.
Develop comprehensive training curricula.
Write Clear, engaging training scripts and facilitator.
Facilitate dynamic training sessions.
Lead virtual and in-person workshops.
Create an inclusive learning environment.
Utilize storytelling and real-world examples.
Conduct needs assessment.
Evaluate training effectiveness.
Manage multiple training projects.
Partner with subject matter experts.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, Communication, or related field.
2 plus years of experience in corporate training.
Proven track record of creating engaging training materials
Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities.
Excellent writing and storyboarding skills.
Creative problem-solving approach.
Advanced facilitation techniques.
Creative thinking adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond).
Experience with virtual training platforms and Learning Management Systems.
Strong instructional design capabilities
