Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave: Birthing parents are eligible for 12 weeks of paid maternity leave, 8 weeks for medical recovery and 4 weeks for newborn bonding. This policy also applies to primary parents who adopt, including through surrogacy. Secondary or support parents are eligible for 4 weeks of paid bonding leave. We recognize there are many different definitions today of mothers, fathers and couples, and we intend to support all of them fully and equally.
Daycare: ASI offers on-site child care services to employees and their families. The fully-accredited Lots of Love Learning Center (est. 1986) with staff of twelve child-care professionals who specialize in caring for children of various ages. The daycare offers full-day, half-day and before and after school programs. ASI employees returning to work after the birth or adoption of their child are offered 14 weeks of paid daycare at the onsite daycare facility, applied within the first six months of birth or adoption. Parents who choose to use another daycare facility are offered 12 weeks of reimbursement, up to the current cost of Lots of Love.
