SS&C Advent, a leading provider of innovative software and services for the global investment management industry, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our industry leading Black Diamond Wealth Platform.  By providing a purposeful suite of tools, this cloud-based platform allows financial advisors to manage their client’s complete wealth picture through portfolio management, reporting, and rebalancing solutions which are combined with fully outsourced daily reconciliation and data management services.

 Position candidates should be highly motivated with excellent communication and analytical skills in order to:

  • Operate our proprietary internet-based performance reporting application
  • Efficiently manage 12-15 client configuration projects at once
  • Communicate with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner
  • Design & Deliver training to clients on our Wealth Platform
  • Decipher, process and follow through on client requests

Additional Qualification Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry or in a Project Management/Software Implementation role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Experience with GoToMeeting or other online meeting tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
