Description

SS&C Salentica is an industry-leading provider of software and services to the Financial Services industry.  We are currently looking for an industry-proven, self-motivated CRM Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team of experienced professionals.  We are looking to fill multiple roles for both our Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 teams. The successful candidate will be have relevant solution delivery experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 OR Salesforce solutions delivery success. The successful candidate will have demonstrated they can work collaboratively and independently as required.   The successful candidate will be located in our downtown Toronto office and will report to the Director of Client Service and Relationship Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce enhancements including data migrations and workflow development (Power Automate or Salesforce Flow)
  • Training on solutions/platform features
  • Client facing role which requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail

 Position Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce CRM solutions delivery experience
  • Industry Experience (Wealth Management/Asset Management) is nice to have but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar - ideally technical education
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Proven strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to recognize a client requirement, document, and outline steps for execution; propose best practices
