ATS has an immediate opening for a Recruiter.
This individual will be responsible for seeking qualified candidates for employment by applying fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of recruiting.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Working directly with the ATS Management team to assess the hiring needs and create requisitions
  • Develop sourcing plans to encompass all possible resources and targets
  • Reviewing and select candidates based on qualifications through telephone and personal interviews
  • Coordinating activities relating to interview evaluations, pre-employment testing, reference checking, and department decision on final offer
  • Reviewing pre-employment processing to ensure quality of hire
  • Negotiating salary with top candidates
  • Confirming offers in writing and processes necessary paperwork to close requisition
  • Updating requisition data base as needed to ensure accurate and timely reports
  • Participating in college, military and community career fairs, on-campus interviews, and presentations to highlight ATS opportunities
  • Providing backup for other members of department as needed
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and at least 4 years of recruiting experience.
  • Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to work successfully with computers and software MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experienced recruitment skills including sourcing, interviewing, and placement preferred
  • Experience in recruiting professional, technical, and industrial fields preferred
  • Proven customer satisfaction and team interaction skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage stress, and have a high sense of urgency
