ATS has an immediate opening for a Calibration Scheduler.
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Planning, tracking and scheduling instrument calibrations
  • Distributing and directing Calibration Technician work
  • Performing inter-facility (including overseas) shipping and receiving of instrumentation
  • Maintaining calibration documentation instrument procedures as needed
  • Entering electronic data and filing of calibration reports
  • Aiding in development of instrument calibration tools and fixtures (training provided)
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school and 1 year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Scheduling experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a project to ensure targeted completion date
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Good people / interpersonal skills
  • Good mechanical, electrical and electronic aptitude
