Founded in 1985, Advanced Technology Services is global provider of industrial maintenance and MRO services. Technologies include IOT sensors, computerized maintenance management system-eFactoryPro and predictive analytics. ATS operates in the US, UK and Mexico with 3000 plus team members. 

Managing the daily interface with our existing clients to grow our business within an assigned region. Work closely with Account Executives to identify and develop new business at additional customer locations within an assigned region. Develop and implement sales strategies for growing sales and profitability through identifying customer needs, and then delivering sales solutions to customers.
 
Summary:
  • Grows business among existing clients and promotes ATS to new clients in order to meet strategic business objectives. Uses their influence to build additional touchpoints with the customer's senior management or executive levels. This role includes cross selling, service offerings, and leveraging relationships where applicable across all ATS divisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Plans and manages the assigned portfolio of new and existing clients
  • Develops and deploys the strategy to sell and retain products and solutions to an existing portfolio of clients and New Logo's after onboarding
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Senior Leadership, Product Management, and other to guarantee client optimization and cost reduction strategies.
  • Increase profitable revenue through negotiating, winning and implementing new products/services/solutions while increasing demand for existing products/services/solutions, cross-sell opportunities and margin improvement goals during the renegotiation of active agreements.
  • Leverages industry and strategic alliance partnerships to develop client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Consults as a subject matter expert, presenting the value proposition to executive level decision makers
  • Aligns client business objectives with the entire ATS portfolio of offerings
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, speak, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods, reach with arms, and use close vision. At times, the employee is required to use a telephone, a keyboard and computer, and other office equipment. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.

Essential KSAs:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five years documented track record in significant/complex consultative services-led sales engagements and multiparty negotiations with partners and Clients
  • Minimum five years of experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within client organizations
  • Minimum five years experience developing and executing business strategies to increase profitable revenue and margin growth
  • Demonstrates innovation and deep understanding of client business drivers

  • Project Management experience driving projects to completion and holding stakeholder accountable for deliverables
  • Specific industry knowledge
