ATS has an immediate opening for a Business Process / Systems Consultant.
 
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with leadership and the project team to validate, understand, and communicate assessment and project initiatives.
  • Gathers and organizes external and internal information, including industry research, customer strategies, customer needs, and existing customer operations.
  • Assesses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of customer processes or systems.
  • Performs risk analyses and utilizes strategic planning tools to evaluate potential solutions.
  • Recommends and presents appropriate solutions or alternatives to customers.
  • Collaborates with internal leadership and the project team to develop and implement final solutions.
  • Leads or participates in consulting engagements and coordinates project resources.

  • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to engage audiences

  • Ability to identify key data sources and utilize data driven insights
  • Ability to actively seek innovative ways to improve processes, products, and customer experiences

Desirable KSAs:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of consulting and strategic planning experience
