ATS has an immediate opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
This individual will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and industrial buildings using hand tools and power tools.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Building and repairing walls as needed by framing, installing and/or patching drywall
  • Maintaining paint throughout the building, including applying paint to new walls, repainting existing walls, and repairing wall scuffs
  • Disassembling and assembling office furniture, such as cubicle walls, desks, bookcases, filing cabinets, etc.
  • Performing exterior landscaping duties, such as mowing the lawn, watering plants and flowers, and cleaning up the grounds
  • Maintaining electrical and plumbing fixtures throughout the building
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Basic carpentry and/or building maintenance skills
