OVERVIEW

Adswerve is seeking an individual to join the Platform Support Management team. This role will report to the Director of Analytics Support and oversee daily operations of the Platform Support Digital Analyst team. Key responsibilities will include creating and/or improving workflows, establishing onboarding standards, and ensure the growth and development of direct reports. This individual will be expected to work in lockstep with the Platform Support Leadership team and provide input related to departmental strategic and operational planning and assist with executing upon initiatives. Other responsibilities will include providing senior level guidance and support to the team to achieve operational excellence. 

THIS ROLE

  • Reports to the Director of Analytics Support

  • Contributes to ongoing strategic planning for Platform Support Digital Analyst

  • Responsible for growth and development and general well-being of the team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily operations for the Platform Support Digital Analyst team

  • Work in lockstep with other management team members to establish departmental and individual goals

  • Contribute to the development of operational processes and standards for the team

  • Assist in the continued development, improvement, and implementation of the onboarding processes for Platform Support Digital Analysts 

  • Maintain employee engagement and provide ongoing performance feedback by conducting 1-on-1s with direct reports on a regular cadence

  • Administer formal mid-and-end of year performance evaluations

  • Serve as a point of escalation for direct reports and/or across the department as needed

  • Strive to empower team members through positive coaching and mentorship 

  • Perform administrative tasks including reviewing reported hours and approving paid time off, travel/misc expenses, etc. 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify topics for knowledge shares that further employee development 

  • Participate in hiring, training coordination, and onboarding of new employees

  • Foster a work environment consistent with the culture of the company

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Direct experience managing a team of 6-8 team members  

  • Outstanding management, communication, and presentation skills 

  • Knowledge of CRM and other project management solutions

  • Lead by example: embody integrity, ethical behavior, and professionalism

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects cross-functionally

  • Demonstrated ability to understand company initiatives and identify short and long-term impact to  internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitor and analyze data to keep a pulse on bandwidth and general well-being of the team

  • Ability to maintain poise, confidence and professional disposition in high-pressure situations

  • A proactive customer service, solution-oriented attitude with impeccable attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build positive team relationships

  • A sense of humor and the ability to toggle between serving as a team leader and a team player

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Business or Marketing; and two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of professional digital analytics experience, preferably in an agency setting

  • 1+ year in a Team Lead or Management role, with experience building and leading high performing teams a plus.

  • Google Marketing Platform experience with subject matter expert level knowledge 

  • Experience with Asana, Salesforce or other similar systems a plus
