Campaign Manager (Hybrid)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Printique Campaign Manager with a strong background in Ecommerce WordPress proficiency, Copy Writing for Blogs, SEO and Search, Excel excellence, Email-SMS Campaign management skills and Klaviyo familiarity, GA4 & Looker. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in master calendar management, copy writing, blog development, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive growth and revenue for our brand.

Responsibilities:
- WordPress Mastery: Utilize WordPress to maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and reflective of brand messaging.
- Wesbite Landing Pages: Content Curation, Uploads and Campaign Management between Evergreen Brand and Promo Campaigns content.
- Blog Management: Monitor blog performance, metrics, engagement, SEO
- External Blog and Collab Initiatives via Affiliates and Referral Blogs
- CRM Campaign Management: Oversee Email and SMS strategies & approvals to nurture leads, enhance customer retention, and drive repeat purchases.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with the design. social media and content team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall brand objectives and messaging.
- Partner with Creative Content Team, Social Media Manager, Head of Affiliates/Referrals and Partnerships very closely and be part of the content creation process where needed.
- Master Calendar: Create and maintain master calendar across all marketing verticals for on time execution timelines across all Brand, Marketing & Ecommerce initiatives.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns and marketing strategies based on performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and achieve KPIs.
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Campaign Reporting: Create cross-channel reporting- Website, Performance Marketing, Email-SMS, Social Media, Affiliates, Referrals, Other- using GA4, Looker, Website Dashboard- BigQuery
- Photography & Videography knowledge and Interest is a Plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce, preferably in a campaign management role.
- Ability to write campaign copy, blog posts, product descriptions, SEO driven ecommerce copy, Ad Copy.
- Klaviyo- Email/SMS systems and experience CRM campaign planning, copy & CTA
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in WordPress and execution experience in website management is a must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Schedule: This role requires three on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.
