Personnel & Payroll Junior Specialist Adlook
Description
Your responsibilities:
- Support PPO Specialist in processing payroll for the employees of a company and keeping employee database regarding absences, salary and pay up to date
- Preparation and workflow coordination of personal documents within Polish and several foreign entities
- Ongoing support of the process of hiring new employees (preparation and sending job offers, collecting signed contracts, completing required documentation)
- Participation in the creation and updating of procedures in close collaboration with Legal, HR and financial departments
- Support in preparation of documentation regarding work and stay permit of foreigners
- Preparation of ad hoc reports, analyses, summaries for the internal needs of the company
Our Requirements
- Min. 1 year of experience in working in a similar position (experience in the preparation of personal documents on foreign markets is an asset)
- Very good command of English in speaking and writing (min. C1/B2)
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- Responsibility, accuracy and reliability in work performance
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under time pressure
- High communication skills, team player
