Description

What you will do:
  • Support sales lifecycle through technical expertise and ability to provide solutions to problems;
  • Take charge of maintaining and expanding the regional client portfolio, assuming the role of a strategic advisor to facilitate problem-solving conversations and deliver exceptional client services;
  • Provide innovative solutions that meet the clients’ needs and our business goals;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at Adlook for existing clients, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with utmost professionalism and efficiency;
  • Lead key client meetings and QBRs;
  • Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally;
  • Engage in product development by analyzing the requirements for creating a product that effectively addresses our clients' business objectives, while also acting as a bridge between our clients and the product team;
  • Take the helm in leading and expanding the regional Client Development team, taking charge of their daily operations, fostering motivation through transparent expectations, creating career development plans, offering constructive feedback, and upholding a standard of excellence to cultivate future leaders;
  • Manage for team bandwidth, delivering a high-level of account support and reporting progress against goals to management;
  • Communicate effectively with other functional leaders by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization;
  • Define best practices in terms of client onboarding, client interactions and grow tactics. 
What is required:
  • 8+ years of experience in adtech (ideally in a DSP, SSP, measurement, ad serving solutions, data provider);
  • Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions;
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen;
  • Experience with complex tech solutions and problem solving (ideally in a SaaS company);
  • Analytical skills;
  • Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts;
  • Strong management and leadership skills; 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups;
  • Previous managerial experience required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others;
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

The budget starts at $150,000 - $200,000 base + bonus and is exclusive of the benefits. The pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
