In - House Lawyer (Legal HR Team)
Description
Your responsibilities:
- Legal processing and supervision of company/employee HR documentation.
- Preparation and coordination of HR documents within Polish and foreign entities.
- Providing legal support regarding labour and related legislations and advising employees and stakeholders on related matters.
- Ensuring consistency in employment contracts throughout the region.
- Participation in the creation and updating of procedures in close collaboration with HR and financial departments.
- Support in preparation of documentation regarding work and stay permit of foreigners.
- Preparation of reports, analyses, and summaries for the internal needs of the company.
Our Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in an international law firm,
- A completed attorney apprenticeship will be a plus,
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the labour law (general regulations, remuneration policies, commission plans, internal investigations, etc.).
- Very good command of English in speaking and writing (min. C1).
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within an international team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactiveness and flexibility.
