Description

• Legal processing and supervision of company/employee HR documentation.
• Preparation and coordination of HR documents within Polish and foreign entities.
• Providing legal support regarding labour and related legislations and advising employees and stakeholders on related matters.
• Ensuring consistency in employment contracts throughout the region. 
• Participation in the creation and updating of procedures in close collaboration with HR and financial departments.
• Support in preparation of documentation regarding work and stay permit of foreigners.
• Preparation of reports, analyses, and summaries for the internal needs of the company.

• 3-4 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in an international law firm,
• A completed attorney apprenticeship will be a plus,
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the labour law (general regulations, remuneration policies, commission plans, internal investigations, etc.).
• Very good command of English in speaking and writing (min. C1).
• Practical knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within an international team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactiveness and flexibility.
