We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk on our corporate Shared Services team to manage financial statements, payables and timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:

We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk on our corporate Shared Services team to manage financial statements, payables and timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- New vendor/customer/employee time setups
- Maintaining vendor/customer records
- Process and approve timesheets and expense reports for client billing
- Prepare client invoices for billable hours and project related expenses
- Pay supplier invoices
- Collect sales taxes
- Conduct periodic reconciliations
- Provide information for financial statements
- Support external auditors during periodic audits
- Perform monthly accruals for payables and receivables
- Assist with annual budget creation
- Provide month end reporting
Requirements:
- Associates in Finance, Accounting or Business; Bachelor’s preferred
- 5+ years of bookkeeping in a multi-state professional services company
- Experience with timekeeping and invoicing of billable services
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Knowledge of BigTime or similar time tracking / invoicing software

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 + annual bonus
