Packaging Program Manager – Food, Beverage & CPG Packaging
We are in search of a Packaging Program Manager for the Food, Beverage & CPG Practice to join our expanding team! In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of a portfolio of exceptional packaging engineering services to our clients in the food, beverage and consumer goods industries. You will lead a team of packaging engineers and experts, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative packaging projects to launch new products, improve sustainability, optimize cost efficiency and build the capabilities of packaging teams and departments across multiple brands, companies and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Project Delivery: Ensure the successful service execution of projects by the packaging engineering team.
- Team Success: Support and develop team members to be successful in projects, clients and careers.
- Client Success: Lead and manage clients to be successful by meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Talent Acquisition: Hire new team members to maintain a high-performing team.
- Service Delivery Management: Manage the quality, technical excellence, financial performance and delivery of packaging engineering services.
- Food & Beverage / CPG Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the food & beverage/ CPG industries to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
- Capability Building: Develop and implement programs and services to enhance the organization’s technical skills and capabilities.
- Packaging Engineering: Oversee the packaging engineering team and their projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Specifications Management: Manage the development and maintenance of specifications, working closely with clients and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Packaging Engineering or Consulting within the food and beverage / CPG industries with experience working on both the brand and supplier sides.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, drive results, and build strong client relationships.

Salary: $120,000 to $160,000 + annual bonus
