Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Experience, you will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and supporting business development and client partnership teams. You serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring positive, responsive, and seamless experience. Your deep understanding of client needs, exceptional analytical capacities, and a commitment to delivering superior client experience throughout the client life cycle will contribute to the firm’s success.
 
Your responsibilities 
  • You manage accounts to which you are assigned by responding promptly and efficiently to all client requests and ensuring rigorous follow-up.
  • You are responsible for producing and updating client documents including product presentations and factsheets, while respecting the firm’s branding image standards and requirements.
  • You ensure that all client-facing documents (quarterly meetings and management report as well as ad hoc requests) reflect information that is complete, accurate and of the highest quality, and are delivered within the required timelines.
  • You collaborate to the client integration process by managing and coordinating the client onboarding journey, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • You coordinate effective cash management activities (cash inflows and outflows) with appropriate internal departments accordance with instructions received from clients.
  • You collaborate effectively with the Business Development and Client Partnership team and other departments to provide superior service to institutional, private and retail platform clients as well as consultants by responding to requests in a timely manner.
  • You maintain expert knowledge on the specific characteristics and features of Addenda’s investment solutions.
  • You are responsible for spreading the client’s culture within the Client Experience team and across the organization.
What you bring 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • CFA designation (an asset) or in the process of obtaining one (an asset).
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar position in an investment management firm, consulting firm or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and SSRS (an asset).
  • Keen interest in and good understanding of sustainable investment.
