Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Experience, you will play a key role in meeting the needs of various institutional investor clients and in supporting business development. 
You serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and proactive experience. Your deep understanding of client needs, your analytical skills and your commitment to providing a superior client experience will contribute to the firm’s success. 
 
Your responsibilities 
  • Foster a culture of positive experience in every interaction with clients, in close collaboration with the Business Development and Client Partnership team;  
  • Manage the accounts to which you are assigned by responding promptly and efficiently to ad hoc client requests and ensuring rigorous follow-up; 
  • Take part in establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients;  
  • Ensure that all client-facing documents, including management reports and quarterly presentations (performance analysis, portfolio positions, market, etc.) are produced, complying with the firm’s standards and requirements in terms of brand image; 
  • Make sure that all documents intended for clients contain complete and accurate information of the highest quality, and that they are delivered within a reasonable time frame; 
  • Contribute to the client integration process by managing and coordinating the onboarding journey, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments. 
  • Coordinate the inflow and outflow of client funds with the appropriate internal teams; 
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the features and particularities of Addenda’s various investment solutions. 
What you will need to succeed
Experience and Knowledge
  • Strong client focus and sound judgement; 
  • Good knowledge of investment, mostly for institutional clients; 
  • Keen interest in and a good understanding of sustainable investing; 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field;  
  • Four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in a similar position in an investment management firm, consulting firm or equivalent; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; 
  • CFA designation (an asset) or in the process of obtaining one; 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; 
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and SSRS (an asset).
