What is the Opportunity
We are looking for a part-time organized office clerk in our Toronto office. Under the supervision of the Vice-president, Business Development, you will be responsible for performing various administration  duties, while ensuring the smooth operations of our office.

What you will do 
  • Greet and welcome visitors at reception;
  • Manage courier and mail; 
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries and mailings; 
  • Print and collate documentation, including marketing material; 
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies; 
  • Order and receive catering deliveries; 
  • Coordinate with building staff and services providers; 
  • Coordinate and plan events, including meetings, social events, lunches; 
  • Maintain office common areas clean and tidy, including the kitchen; 
  • Perform other related duties, as required.  
What you will need to succeed
 
Experience and Knowledge 
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred;  
  • High school diploma. 
 Skills and Abilities 
  • The ability to work autonomously;  
  • Communication skills with the employees and service providers; 
  • Ability to perform work that requires alternating between sitting and standing.
