What is the Opportunity
We are looking for a part-time organized office clerk in our Toronto office. Under the supervision of the Vice-president, Business Development, you will be responsible for performing various administration duties, while ensuring the smooth operations of our office.

What you will do
- Greet and welcome visitors at reception;
- Manage courier and mail;
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and mailings;
- Print and collate documentation, including marketing material;
- Maintain inventory of office supplies;
- Order and receive catering deliveries;
- Coordinate with building staff and services providers;
- Coordinate and plan events, including meetings, social events, lunches;
- Maintain office common areas clean and tidy, including the kitchen;
- Perform other related duties, as required.
What you will need to succeed
Experience and Knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred;
- High school diploma.
Skills and Abilities
- The ability to work autonomously;
- Communication skills with the employees and service providers;
- Ability to perform work that requires alternating between sitting and standing.
