Timing and Employment Length:

This is a contract employee role. The employment length would be approximately 6 months. Contract employees will be eligible to participate in limited benefits and paid time off.  We are also open to this role being a fully remote position. This position is one of at-will employment.


Job summary:

The Ad Council’s media team is looking for an Ad Operations Assistant, who will provide support for the day-to-day life of multiple campaigns running across many online publications. You have an analytical mindset, are an excellent communicator, and a keen attention to detail.


What you’ll do:

  • Work with the Ad Operations Director, external tagging partners, and internal teams to effectively build and traffic digital ad campaigns
  • Learn to build tags in Google Campaign Manager 360 and create UTM codes
  • Facilitate communication with other departments regarding creative assets and tagging needs
  • Assist with the QA and monitoring of tags
  • Help pull campaign reporting from adserver and ad verification platforms
  • Collect, organize, test, and upload new creative assets as needed


What you bring:

  • Experience in the advertising space is desired, but not required
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Interest in digital marketing and advertising technology solutions
  • Technically minded with a love for process improvement and efficiency
  • A desire to learn
