The impact you'll have
As an Account Manager at Adage, you'll be the linchpin for your client accounts, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and growth. Instead of just reacting to problems, you'll proactively engage with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and the voice of their needs within our company. You'll work closely with project owners and delivery teams to ensure seamless service, and with the Associate Director of Account Management to strategize and track your progress. You'll not only maintain your portfolio of accounts but also identify and cultivate new opportunities for them.
As an Account Manager at Adage, you'll be the linchpin for your client accounts, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and growth. Instead of just reacting to problems, you'll proactively engage with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and the voice of their needs within our company. You'll work closely with project owners and delivery teams to ensure seamless service, and with the Associate Director of Account Management to strategize and track your progress. You'll not only maintain your portfolio of accounts but also identify and cultivate new opportunities for them.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a key point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive communication and regular check-ins.
- Proactively grow existing accounts by understanding their needs, sharing new ideas, and pitching Adage's latest services.
- Maintain seamless operations by keeping our CRM (HubSpot) and other internal systems up-to-date and coordinating with our Project Management team.
- Become a vertical expert, staying on top of industry trends and sharing valuable insights with both clients and our internal teams. (Experience in the Arts, Associations, or Manufacturing is a plus!)
- Support the delivery team, acting as a liaison and ensuring they have the resources and information needed to serve our clients effectively.
- You’ll have a clear path to success, with regular check-ins and performance tracking based on key results like the number of QBRs, opportunities, and pipeline size.
